Who Can Come - Whosoever Will ?
John:6:65
And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.
How shall a man that is in darkness come to God, who is Light? Or how shall a SINNER that loves darkness rather than the light even will to come and to follow Him? Oh, how impossible this is. But that is exactly the false gospel preached today. The gospel preached is that DARKNESS (sinner) must come to THE LIGHT (Christ). It is preached that 'Whosoever Will' can let the Light of Christ come into their heart of darkness at any time they will. But if that sinner is not willing, then the Light will be prevented from penetrating that darkness.
Darkness CAN NOT PREVENT the Light from entering, just like the sinner CAN NOT PREVENT the Holy Spirit from changing the sinners heart. ALSO, Darkness CAN NOT come into Light, but the Light shines into darkness. The Light then exposes the sinners darkness, convicts the sinner of their sin, and draws the sinner to the Light. Only after this will the sinner come and follow.
Whosoever Will - John:6:37: All that the FATHER GIVETH ME SHALL COME to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.
John:14:18
I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
John:3:19
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
