"Even from birth the wicked go astray; from the womb they are wayward and speak lies."

Romans 3:10

"There is none righteous, no, not one: There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God."

God destroyed the entire city of Sodom because there were less than 10 righteous people. The children were also destroyed because of there sin. They were still accountable. Only those, Lot and his daughters were save from Sodom because God had chosen them.

Yes, there is an age of accountability. The Biblical Age of Accountability is Conception.

Many people disagree with this statement, that the Age of Accountability is Conception, however they do not have any Bible verses to back up their belief that a person has to be old enough to realize that he is a sinner or be able to understand God's offer of salvation.

PROVERBS 20:11
